Hey dolls! So we’re getting close to wrapping up chapter 4, and that means the first collective volume of Dollhouse will be ready to print, as in chapters 1-4 in one book! Unfortunately, I can’t fund this book getting printed out of pocket like I’ve been able to with the previous single-chapter issues. This volume will be a much larger run (like ten times larger), so I’m launching a Kickstarter to raise the funds to get this book printed!

If you aren’t familiar with Dollhouse, it’s a queer comic that takes place in St. Louis about a girl, a band, and the terrible decisions they make. It’s definitely a drama, with a little bit of sex, drugs, and rock ‘n roll mixed in there too. Aside from the overlaying drama, it’s a story about dreams, the paths that lead us to achieve them, and the obstacles to overcome. It’s about how what we want can grow and change, and how a dream can evolve into something bigger. It’s about dreams that we have to learn to let go in order to pave the way for something new. You can read the comic online here!

As a backer, your money would go towards getting the book printed in paperback and make DRM-free PDFs available for digital devices, as well as some sweet Kickstarter exclusive rewards!

And as always, thanks for reading. Writing and drawing these last four chapters has been an incredible experience for me, and it’s been equally incredible seeing how the fanbase has grown over the past year and a half. Every comment, like, reblog, or retweet makes my heart light up. I hope you all want to see this book printed as much as I do!

We’re $800 away from printing Dollhouse!! The end goal is so close to being reached, please consider backing the project to see this book in print, or at least reblogging to spread the word!!

Check out the Kickstarter here, and follow me on Twitter for more updates involving the campaign!!

Yeah. Cameras don’t exist in Artoris. Who cares.

Ugly flower print shirts are a universal constant though.

if Egil and Sabre both smiled at the same time the world would be a better place
